PreOrder Preview – His Shot Savina Joyce, September 6, 2018 Hello Readers! I have a preorder set to go live in October. It’s called His Shot and it is the first book in my new series Exposed to Love. For some reason, this book has beein writing up so much faster than my other works. I’m already halfway done! I’m hoping to finish it up in about a week and then move on to the editing process. Fingers crossed! What’s the book about? A fake fiance! Check out the blurb: When Phaedra was hired for a corporate photoshoot at the hottest law firm in the city, she jumped at the chance. Finding love was not in her plans. When Logan discovered that only family men made partner at his firm, he thought his dream would be lost forever. Until he met a sexy photographer who might make the perfect fake fiancé for the upcoming office party. Phaedra and Logan have chemistry that is impossible to ignore, but this was just a business arrangement. Right? Can this staged romance turn into true love? Or, will their demanding careers stand in the way? What do you think? I’m excited about it. Just to add a little more incentive for you to check it out, I have a sneak peek after the jump! I hope you like it! When Phaedra opened the door, she was not disappointed. Logan stood before her in a black suit with black satin lapels and an embroidered pattern on it. It took the standard tux and elevated it to a more refined level. He was much more stylish than she gave him credit for. She noticed that he had his hand behind his back. Phaedra had been so distracted by his stunning outfit that she hadn’t even realized at first. When Logan saw the realization dawning in her eyes, he smiled and winked at her. From behind his back he pulled a dozen of the reddest long stem roses she had ever seen. In a daze, Phaedra reached out to touch them. Their heads were velvety soft. These were much better quality than any other rose she had ever seen. She gathered the bouquet in her arms and brought them toto her face, breathing in the heady scent. “I guess you really like roses,” Logan said with a laugh. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to be so distracted. These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen.” “Good. I bought them because they made me think of you. Your hair always smells like roses and you’re more beautiful than these flowers could ever be.” Phaedra took a step back. She wasn’t expecting Logan to say anything like that. She wondered what Logan would say to someone he was really in a relationship with. She decided not to press the issue. It had been a long time since any man had said such sweet things to her. “That is the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me. Thank you,” she said trying not to blush. “If I had seen you in this dress before I went to the florist, I would have bought the whole store.” Phaedra smiled. She wasn’t sure how to even thank someone for a compliment like that. Preorder His Shot (Exposed to Love Book 1) today! Uncategorized
